Bridal Gown Redesign

This wedding dress Design was an ambitious one because of the clients design needs. She had brought in her Mothers Wedding Gown that was made by her Grandmother and was looking to create her own wedding dress but still keep this history and family memory with her as she walked down the aisle. So using parts of a wedding dress made by her grandmother, Jamileh Kamran Designs, redesigned to be a more modern styled dress while still incorporating parts of this cherished family heirloom. The back was redesigned along with the addition of a new skirt with pleated high waited band that was more form fitted at the top and had a longer train, and finally the sleeves were adjusted to give the bride more range of motion.
